 Dream Land Beach - Sahadewa Block - US$85.000 Furnished

For the people who knows about Bali, Bukit Pecatu where Dream Land beach is located is the most beautiful and desireable area to live. Close to Airport and the over crowded Kuta, Legian and Seminyak. It’s on top of hill so the weather is cool with lots of breeze. Unfortunately it isn’t a secret anymore so land are few and expensive.

If you can afford 2 hectares of land which is the typical land size here then it’s ok but other than that it’s impossible to find. Dream land which is owned by the son of ex president of Indonesia has only two block for sale. Sahadewa block with 280 to 500 meters land with ocean view are down to 3 plot left unsold and is going out fast. Arjuna block which is much smaller and no potential of view at all is on sale right now, but what’s the point of living here if you can’t see the ocean from your home. So the closest housing complex to Dream Land beach for now and the next 5 years is The Sahadewa Block, that’s where my house is, number 43 and it’s for sale !

It’s on 346 meters land and 120 meters house, it has two bedroom with ensuit bathroom and a study room. All of the bedroom have been enlarge from its original size. The second floor is covered with real hard wood floor not laminated wood, furnished with Vinoti and Floral Home furnitures. The garden is big and all around with 5 palm trees in front and 4 trees in the back yard. Plenty of plants and flowers, the garden cost US$1000 so far.The electricity is 3300 watts and is used mainly for water heaters and pumps.

The house is facing south west and the bed room has 3 windows and a balcony door which gets sunshine and sunset. The view from the balcony is Jimbaran Bay and Airport on the left side and sunset on the ocean is outside on one of the bedroom window. Some mountain view at the gazebo between neighboring houses, i have plan of adding another 3 stories section of the house at the back yard so i can have 180 degrees of ocean view. There are neighbor houses in front who have the greatest view but aren’t for sale.

In my opinion the company and the people who run this housing complex is quite nice to the standard i’ve used to. They tried hard to run their bussiness even though they don’t have the experience yet in these kind of housing project while having their own problems within the management. All in all, the atmosphere is friendly and they’re responsive to our need. The double gate and the 24 hours security is assuring, but the greatest thing is the beach it self which is just 5 minutes drive down the back road. We are the closest people living in Dream Land beach for now.
